Gilmore Global has an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Project Lead in its Kanata, Ontario, Canada location.

The Implementation Project Lead reports to the Director of Business Solutions and Customer Experience and is a team player that has a positive attitude, is enthusiastic and takes initiative. As the key coordinator in the launching of new accounts, the Implementation Project Lead collaborates with various departments.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads the launch of new and existing clients both at Gilmore and Partner locations.
In partnership with the Sales Team, gathers the clients’ requirements, such as product line and system tools, to ensure a successful implementation/launch.
• Establishes a Project Plan and Timeline for the onboarding of new customers.
• Provides outstanding customer communications and support.
• Establishes recurring meetings with the customer and is a key driver in moving the onboarding process forward.
• Provides detailed call summaries and captures and communicates action items for both the customer and the internal Implementation team.
• Leads assigned projects and provides guidance to the customer to ensure the most effective processes and workflows are established to support the relationship.
• Works with the various departments to ensure Gilmore’s production, order management tools and financial system are properly populated.
• Interacts with technical departments to initiate and manage all initial file transfers and any other project related issues.
• Generates reports for clients and for the Gilmore Management team, as required.
• Creates detailed workflow documentation for the processes established during the customer implementation.
• Once customers are successfully onboarded, ensure the successful transition to steady state by providing documentation and client specific training.
• Manages the successful transition of account ownership to the Customer Service Team for newly implemented accounts.
• Follows all corporate policies and procedures pertaining to Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Fulfills all duties and responsibilities pertaining to health and safety under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Ideally you will have previous project coordinator or project manager experience along with an understanding of basic production and fulfillment principles, with experience in inventory management.
